London-based digital marketing agency emotive has appointed industry stalwart Malcolm Badger as its new creative director.

Badger joins the agency, until recently known as Replay Digital, from Havas Life – formerly Euro RSCG – where he spent five years as creative director.

He has spent over 25 years in consumer and healthcare advertising and prior to his time with Euro RSCG, Badger served as creative director for Norris Lincoln Adcom for 11 years.

During his career to date Badger has led the development and implementation of a number of award-winning, multi-channel campaigns at global and local affiliate levels for clients such as Merck Serono, Lundbeck, Pfizer and MundiPharma.
