Cuttsy+Cuttsy are delighted to announce that, for the second year in a row, the Incorporated Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) have awarded them the gold standard in continuous professional development (CPD).

Each of the 300+ agencies that are part of the IPA are asked to submit a strategic development plan there is also the opportunity to submit an application for gold accreditation. C+C are delighted to be one of only 36 agencies to achieve the gold standard.

Following rigorous evaluation of the company’s CPD programme, the IPA has once again recognised Cuttsy+Cuttsy as one of the top agencies for investing in its staff.

The feedback received by C+C on this year’s application has been the best to date.

Quite simply superb. It was one of the best we’ve seen this year in terms of coherence, presentation and ‘light yet packed’ – with everything we needed! We would go as far as to say this submission is case study material in terms of the set-up, tone and structure; the goal, how we did it, the metrics and supporting testimonials. Perfect.”

Mathew Cutts, a founding Director of C+C, commented “I am delighted we have received gold for the second year. It may be a cliché that ‘an agency is only as good as its people’, but it’s true. At C+C, the enjoyment of watching people grow, learn and develop is as much of a thrill as developing an amazing piece of creative work. This is why, at the heart of our business, we foster a culture of professional development.”
