Bamboo Medical Communications has hired Tim Schofield and Emily Ball to its client services team.

An industry veteran, Schofield returns to medical communications after a two year sabbatical, spent sailing around the world.

His first priority as Bamboo’s commercial director will be ‘to look at the success of the Bamboo offering and see how it can transfer to larger markets and clients’, associate director Therese Wulff told PMLiVE.

Schofield has a long association with Bamboo and its senior management team, having worked with a number of them in his own company, Leapfrop Medical Communications, prior to it being taken over by Adventis Health.  He has also been a key investor in Bamboo since it was founded.

“Tim has an amazing amount of experience and knowledge to add to the mix here at Bamboo. We are delighted to all be working together again – it’s a proven combination,” said managing director Neil Wincomb….
