Yesterday, Halesway, the UK based healthcare communications company that was acquired by FCB Health two and a half years ago, announced that it is changing its name to FCB Halesway. The move is part of Halesway’s strategy to closer align itself with its parent company, FCB Health, which is the award-winning, healthcare practice arm of FCB, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies.
The new name preserves Halesway’s local UK heritage while ensuring that stakeholders across the healthcare marketplace are aware that Halesway is part of one of the largest healthcare agency networks. Being part of the FCB Health network has brought many mutual benefits, including Halesway’s ability to leverage FCB Health’s considerable additional strategic, creative and digital resources, while the acquisition has strengthened FCB Health’s European presence.
