In response to an increase in business across digital, PR and advertising, boutique comms agency 11 London has added three key new hires to its senior health team.
Andy Hastie joins as Tech Director. Formerly the digital head at Grey Healthcare, Andy has over 25 years’ experience in VR, web development and experiential for healthcare brands within GSK, Allergan and Bayer. He’s also developed global CMS rollouts for Colgate-Palmolive and eLearning for Sport England .
Fiona McCready joins as Business Director, having worked at Langland, VCCP and BBH on global and local health brands in a variety of therapy areas. She started her career as a scientific writer and so can advise clients on the science as well as comms strategy.
Martha Roberts, formerly deputy Health Editor of The Sun, joins the PR team at the agency and – having been both sides of the commissioning fence – is responsible for creating content that both appeals to journalists as well as links to advertising campaigns.
Unusually, all three are also published authors in the respective areas of science fiction, popular fiction and interior design
Matt Hunt, MD of 11 London, said: ‘Our clients want to work with people who really get the full spectrum of communications, so not only do Martha, Fi and Andy bring perfectly relevant industry knowledge but they’ve also authored and had published their own books: you can’t doubt their passion and drive.’
