LONDON, 15 July, 2016 – The Creative Floor Healthcare Awards, celebrated the world’s best creative work, agency talent and clients, in Shoreditch London yesterday. Only in its 3rd year it has now become bigger (in entries) than the Communique Awards, PM Awards, PM Digital Awards and IPA Best of Health Awards – combined.

It continues to be the only health and wellness award show in the world to donate a percentage of profits to help greater diversity and help untapped talent break into the healthcare communications industry. Winners of the awards decide how the money is spent.

Shaheed Peera, Founder said: “With less than 50% of categories awarded this year, everyone who made it to the finals should be extremely proud of themselves. I’d like to thank our judges for all their hard work. The winning work is truly remarkable. I have no doubt it will inspire the pharmaceutical industry to see what can be achieved with everyday bread and butter briefs.”

About The Creative Floor

The Creative Floor Healthcare Awards was founded in 2014 by Shaheed Peera. The vision was to help change the way award shows are run. Not only do the awards celebrate world-class creativity but they also awards agency talent (various roles), clients and healthcare companies.

A proportion of profits raised are put towards helping more diversity an untapped talent into health and wellness communication agencies. In two years the Talent Fund has raised over £20,000. Winners of the show decide who gets the money.

The Creative Floor has sponsored various free talks to students and has partnerships with The School of Communication Arts 2.0. The Ideas Foundation, Young Creative Council, Single Creatives, Nabs and Central St. Martins.
