Sian Dodwell, who was director of branding and communications in the global marketing excellence team at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Health, joins PLBR from Rapier, where she was also head of planning.

Dodwell brings 20 years of global integrated planning experience in the healthcare and consumer sectors. She has worked both agency and client side, on everything from analgesics to financial services and hair care. She has “a unique understanding of how to keep the voice of the audience alive”, said PLBR.

Prior to joining GSK Consumer Health, Dodwell worked for G2 Worldwide, Interfocus and The Architecture Foundation. She has a degree in art history from Nottingham University.

Dodwell’s ‘distinctive skillset and experience’ will add to PLBR’s senior team, said managing director Anna Korving.
