McCann Health bolsters leadership team in Europe

McCann

McCann Health today announced three key appointments to its leadership in Europe.

Nick Bartlett  joins as President of North Europe in a newly created role that oversees UK, France and McCann Health Consulting.

At the European leadership level, Nick will be joining Effie Baoutis, President of West Europe, who oversees countries in the region including Germany.

Nick brings over 20 years of experience in managing high-performance digital operations and consultancies in healthcare service companies, including Syneos Health, Publicis Health and most recently Bionical Group.

In the London team, Jonathan Kukathasan has been promoted to Managing Director from his previous position as General Manager and Rob Fuller joins from Havas Lynx as Head of Planning for McCann Health London.

“Nick and the new leadership team will allow us to drive integration across the agency and maximize synergies to better respond to the evolving needs of our clients and the rapidly changing world of healthcare,” said John Cahill, Group Chief Executive Officer.

These appointments build on the agency’s success of the last two years which has seen exponential growth for McCann’s Health division, illustrated by twice winning Network of the Year at Cannes Lions Health and most recently picking up Most Awarded Network 2018 at the Creative Floor Healthcare Awards which celebrates the world’s best health and wellness creative work.

“I’m delighted to be joining such a progressive leader in the healthcare field. I see huge potential in bringing McCann’s consumer expertise to broaden, engage and deepen our capabilities in the specialist healthcare market and contribute to international growth of this sector,” said Nick Bartlett.
