The IPA Best of Health Show celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and as one of the original founders I’m greatly honoured to be Convenor of Judges.
I’m delighted that Emma de la Fosse, CCO of OgilvyOne, is our Chairman of Judges. Emma will be instrumental in helping to guide and facilitate proceedings.
I’m also delighted to have Martin Percy as our guest judge, a film director who produced the multi-award winning interactive ‘Lifesaver” film with Unit 9.
Martin is a valuable inclusion considering the recent growth of film and moving image entries to the awards scheme.
The IPA also want to recognise new creative talent within our industry, so the new Pip Award will make it’s first outing.
The special prize will award under thirties’ responses to a brief from the Angelus Foundation, a charity striving for society to be better informed about the dangers of ‘legal highs’, to reduce the harm they cause and to save lives.
In the true spirit of the original founders, only the very best and bravest work will be allowed to rise to the surface.
So I welcome our industry’s finest to mete out creative justice: Adrian Parr, Richard Rayment, Marc Greener, Vicki Shanahan, Lee Williams, Justin Earl, Neil Rogers, Martin Hafley and Fede Garcia Arias.
The call for entries runs through until 7th September. Judging will take place in late September and the Awards night will be on the 24th November at the Café de Paris.
