ICC Lowe London have once again won Pharma Times Communications Agency of the Year. This result, announced at a prestigious awards ceremony, means ICC Lowe have been awarded the top spot twice in the past three years — winning it in 2012 and coming a close second in 2013.
In order to have a chance of winning this award, agencies must first be nominated by their clients. The finalists this year included some of the top agencies in Europe who battled it out in an industry challenge. Teams were given two hours to answer a ‘real-world’ brief and then had to present their solution to a judging panel comprised mostly of senior industry marketers. This unique award is thus a combination of work for clients and performance on the day.
“This win is especially pleasing because this year we took a relatively junior team to the competition rather than drawing solely on the experience of the management team,” said Michael Le Brocq, Head of Strategy at ICC Lowe London. “We can truly claim this as an agency-wide win and a great example of our focus on teamwork at ICC Lowe.”
Otis Baker, Managing Director, commented: “We are extremely proud of the team and feel this win is a true representation of the wealth of talent we have at the agency.”
Steve Viviano, CEO of ICC Lowe commented, “In the past three years, several of our ICC Lowe offices both in the States and Europe have received Agency of the Year recognition, and our team in London continues to shine. We are very proud of their continued excellent performance.”
